One of the things I love most about working with essential oils is getting to help people I care about with their health issues.

Before I can help a client, I need to understand what the issue is, what the symptoms are and then I can research and come up with a protocol for them to follow.

My latest request was from a client was Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).

RLS affects up to 15% of our population and is more prevalent in women than men. It can also affect children. (click for references)

"Restless legs syndrome (RLS) is a common neurological sensory-motor disorder that is characterized by intense restlessness and unpleasant creeping sensations deep inside the lower legs. Symptoms appear when the legs are at rest and are worst in the evening and at night. They force patients to keep moving their legs, and often to get out of bed and wander about."  (click for references)

Although there is no known cure, you can use essential oils to help support and relieve the symptoms of RLS.

The essential oils I am focusing on have relaxing or calming effects, reduces discomforts, aches, or soreness, anti-neuralgic, sedative and calming properties.  They can be useful in supporting and relieving the symptoms of restless leg syndrome.

Since bodies react differently to essential oils you may need to try a few different combinations to help relieve your symptoms of restless leg syndrome. This is why I'm offering so many oils to choose from. You can come up with your own treatment and tailor it to what works best for you. Please note that before using any essential oil protocols, please check with your physician.
